Periodic examinations for our babies begin on the 3rd day after birth, followed by check-ups every 1 to 2 months during the first year, and then every 6 months or annually after the second year. During these examinations, the baby's physical, social, and psychological development is assessed, and vaccinations are administered in accordance with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization. Cold chain requirements for vaccines are strictly followed. A physical examination is conducted before each vaccination to determine whether the child is suitable for immunization and to evaluate their growth and development.
