All patients at TUSA Hospital are cared for by a multidisciplinary healthcare team including physicians, clinical assistants, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. For our international patients, this care is complemented by a dedicated, multilingual International Patient Services Team whose priority is to ensure that you feel comfortable and well-informed throughout your stay. The team supports communication with medical staff and is always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Cleanliness and hygiene are a top priority at TUSA Hospital. Our in-house housekeeping team ensures that patient rooms are cleaned daily between 08:00 and 17:00, fresh towels are provided every day, and rooms are thoroughly sanitized between patients in accordance with the highest hygiene standards.

Meals at TUSA Hospital are prepared using fresh ingredients and planned according to your individual needs and your physician’s recommendations. Our trained dietitians work closely with the medical team to ensure that each patient receives a nutrition plan suitable for their specific health requirements.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome at TUSA Hospital, and we aim to remain as flexible as possible, particularly for our international patients. However, rest is an important part of recovery. For this reason, visiting hours are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, and we kindly ask visitors to leave the nursing floors after this time.

What to Bring With You

  • • Copies of your medical records (X-rays, test results, medical reports, etc.)

  • • If your child is being admitted, their healthcare records

  • • A list of current medications and dosages

  • • Nightwear, dressing gown, and slippers

  • • Personal toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo, and shower caps are provided)

  • • A laptop or personal device for internet access, if desired

  • • Clothes to wear upon discharge

Depending on your individual situation, we recommend contacting the TUSA Hospital International Patient Services Department in advance regarding payment options. Please bring either your insurance policy details or the means for personal payment accordingly.

Valuables

Each patient room is equipped with a secure safe for personal valuables. However, we recommend leaving any unnecessary valuables at home.
