Private Medical Insurance
TUSA Hospital’s International Patient Services Department will guide you through the process of determining whether, and to what extent, your private medical insurance policy covers the diagnostic tests and treatments you require. Our trained team communicates directly with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for examinations, investigations, or medical procedures. All you need to do is provide us with your insurance details and the necessary authorization.
To ensure a smooth treatment journey, we recommend maintaining close communication with both your insurer and our International Patient Services team at each stage of your care. As claims procedures vary between insurance providers, our specialists will support and guide you through the process step by step.
For many treatments, TUSA Hospital has direct billing agreements with major private insurance companies, allowing eligible patients to benefit from direct settlement arrangements. Our team will inform you of the required information — typically including insurer details, policy or registration number, level of coverage, scheme information, and pre-authorization numbers — and assist you throughout the process.
